MyRetirement, which enables participants to establish overall retirement planning goals and objectives – with consideration for other savings/investment accounts – and track their progress towards a secure and comfortable retirement. Quarterly electronic Participant and Plan Sponsor newsletters addressing a wide range of topics that are meticulously chosen to further educational objectives and inform and advise of important regulatory changes.
Our customer service representatives stand ready to assist with any questions that plan sponsors or participants may have regarding the operation of their company’s retirement plan, website, or retirement planning needs. Access to the Solutions Center is available Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.
Given the importance of data security and procedures, a Type II SOC Report is obtained with respect to our recordkeeping services on an annual basis. The SOC Report can also be utilized to allow plan fiduciaries to properly ensure effective internal controls, processes, and procedures of its selected service providers, as well as allow for limited scope audit of the retirement plan program (if applicable).
